EiS publishes two online magazines
Another opportunity for involvement is being part of the student editorial staff for each magazine. Editors review submissions, revise articles, produce visual content, and guide the magazines through the publication process.
Students write articles for these publications in their Viterbi WRIT 340 sections and can also submit articles for upcoming issues. [Students can also participate in podcasts]

CURVE
The Center for Undergraduate Research in Viterbi Engineering (CURVE) Program provides a centralized resource for Viterbi undergraduate students to explore research opportunities early in their academic career. In partnership with faculty, CURVE facilitates the placement of Viterbi undergraduate students in research labs to gain hands-on experience on faculty-led projects.
CURVE fellows receive stipends and participate in professional development opportunities that prepare them as future leaders in engineering and computer science research. EiS currently sponsors 2 undergraduate researchers each year for students to examine the impact of engineering on society.
